Announcing a new package for calling .NET from R with support of .NET 8

Dear all, we are pleased to announce the first release of a new package for accessing .NET libraries from R - {rSharp}. The package supports .NET 8 under Windows and Linux.

The package is based on rClr but follows the R6 OOP approach in R. We greatly appreciate the work done by @jmp75 and all to co-authors of rClr!
