Blur the screen outside the Rest Break window

I suggest considering adding the ability to enable blurring and reducing the brightness of the image outside the Rest Break window (with user recommendations and a progress bar scale).

This will reduce the temptation to continue working despite the Workrave notification, or will not allow you to read notifications from other applications during a rest break, which will force you to interrupt your rest, thereby violating the work and rest regime.

There are five main vertical settings tabs in the application ("Timers", "User interface", "Monitoring", "Sounds" and "Software updates"). Most likely, you have something in the second tab. There are three horizontal second-level tabs: "General", "Status Window" and "Applet". But there is no settings block or setting called "screen option" on them. Where is it?
