pieeprom-2024-11-12.bin is dirty?

Describe the bug

I wonder if it's something to worry about or not, but I noticed that the latest bootloader firmware (pieeprom-2024-11-12.bin) shows the following:

If I manually downgrade to pieeprom-2024-09-23.bin, it's "not dirty".

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Updated rpi-eeprom package from apt, it now only contains pieeprom-2024-11-12.bin and recovery.bin in /usr/lib/firmware/raspberrypi/bootloader-2712/default, which is expected
2. Update the bootloader via rpi-eeprom-update.
