End User License Agreement (EULA) for OpenSesame
1. Grant of License: This EULA grants you, the user, a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use OpenSesame (the "Software"), free of charge, on any macOS device that you own or control. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Software as provided by [Your Company Name], in the manner permitted by this EULA.
2. Restrictions: You may not distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Software to anyone. (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open sourced components included with the Software).
3. Intellectual Property Rights: The Software and all worldwide intellectual property rights therein, are the exclusive property of Mehdi Rashadatjou. All rights in and to the Software not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by Mehdi Rashadatjou.
4. No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Mehdi Rashadatjou be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.
6. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Mehdi Rashadatjou. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Mehdi Rashadatjou if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
7. Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of Europa excluding its conflicts of law rules.
By using OpenSesame, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use OpenSesame.
