Splunk Library

Splunk deserves a library at this point. I think it should mirror the wordpress library as that has been very fleshed out. Some suggested functions:

1. splunk_login which is used: splunk_privilege_escalation_cve_2023_32707, splunk_web_login, splunk_xslt_authenticated_rce, splunk_mappy_exec, splunk_raw_server_info, splunk_upload_app_exec
2. upload_app which is used: splunk_privilege_escalation_cve_2023_32707, splunk_upload_app_exec, splunk_upload_app_exec
3. splunk? (confirms website is splunk), which is used: splunk_web_login, splunk_xslt_authenticated_rce
4. get_version_authenticated which is used: splunk_xslt_authenticated_rce, splunk_mappy_exec

I have a bunch of old code for this and wrote a Splunk REPL way back in Ruby - happy to drop my old warez in a branch somewhere if they're of use to anyone.
