Missing 'list' subcommand for login, data, parameters #6

Currently mc-cli has 3 commands: login, data, parameters
and supports only 'get' and 'set' subcommands.

I'm missing 'list' subcommand to get know which logins, data files and parameters the device has, for example:

mc-cli login list
mc-cli data list
mc-cli parameters list
