What steps did you take and what happened?

A cluster with etcd snapshot controller running fails to sync etcd snapshot files accordingly. Restarting the controller mitigates the issue, pointing towards a hang in remote watch functionality.

What did you expect to happen?

Accumulate list of snapshots per cluster consistently without interruptions.

How to reproduce it?

Always

Rancher Turtles version

v0.13.0
