Change CNI on already running cluster or reinstall CNI?

Is there a way to delete the current CNI and make it reinstall from scratch? Currently have installed Calico but seems something went wrong and it's not stuck. All nodes have taint

Taints: node.kubernetes.io/network-unavailable=:NoSchedule
Calico is shutting down on this node:Resource is Ready

Idea 1. Maybe I should change it to Canal then back to Calico in order to force reinstall?

Idea 2. Helm get values and then reinstall it manually with the same version?

It seems that RKE2 somehow managed to resolve this issue by itself. :'D
