Rancher Desktop is not loading

I am trying to run Rancher-desktop but it is just hanging on the loading screen. This is a new install. I have enabled the debug logs

Rancher-Desktop: 1.13.1
Kubernetes: 1.28.7
Container: dockerd (moby)

The log says that port 9080 is already in use. Steve uses both 9080 and 9443.

The most common reason for those ports being already in use it that you have Logitech Ghub running at the same time. Unfortunately the ports in Steve are not configurable, so you will have to stop Ghub before starting the dashboard. See also #1890
