Is it possible to edit/view kube-proxy config map? If so how?

Hi,

I am planning to install metallb on my local kubernetes cluster (on windows OS) that I setup through Rancher-Desktop. The prerequisite for this installation is to make sure that if kube-proxy runs in IPVS mode, I have to enable strict ARP mode.

I am not sure what is the default mode of kube-proxy in Rancher-Desktop cluster.
