Maps don't load with plugin

Description

Whenever you attempt to use the plugin, namely when previewing in the storylines editor, the map does not load. This is because the global RAMP variable is not available as the script that gets the global RAMP variable is in the HTML file.

Possible solution

Use the imported version of RAMP from ramp.esm.js instead of the global variable. This should then work with the plugin.
