Describe the funny stuff

  1. Be at Canada zoom level.
  2. Open a point dataset.
  3. Open the legend.
  4. Click a point that is very close to the Legend panel.
  5. Details panel opens, covering the point.
  6. You pan the map Eastbound to put your point back in view.
  7. Extent Guard yells HALT and hides your point behind identify panel.
  8. Hilarity ensues.
