1. The software crashes when clicking on run segmentation or run reporting.

  • Check the specifications of your processor to see if AVX instructions are supported (x86 architecture). The current TensorFlow library used as backend requires AVX instructions.
  • Note that Raidionics is not compatible with mac computers using M1 CPUs. Only the very newest mac computers have M1 CPUs, which means that this is likely not your issue. It might just be that your CPU does not support AVX.
