Given that I have one controller connected and unplug it, then reconnect it, it creates a new /dev/input/js and so it then becomes player 2. Is this a package bug or a config I don't have set? Could you please assist in directing me to solving this issue?

If i unplug and replug up to player 4 ls /dev/input | grep js returns;
js0 js1 js2 js3

Just discovered this could be due to events, but still how do I solve it? I need a player 1 all the time
