Currently when any of the scheduled functional test fails, one has to manually check the history of the test and its failure count by referencing the failed test. This can be avoided by having a test portal that lists the tests with Run Id , with pass and fail status with failed counts. Also upload the zipped logs for the first instance of the failure.

This also helps to figure out if the failed test is failing more frequently vs a few times to categorize the flaky tests.
