Overview of roadmap item

Terraform stores its state in a Terraform backend. There are several types of backends. Radius uses the Kubernetes backend type today. This roadmap item is to make the Terraform backend configurable by the platform engineer similar to how Radius enables platform engineers to use additional Terraform providers.
