CLI Text Duplication After Reducing and Expanding Terminal Width

Steps to reproduce

• Run rad init or any command that's waiting for the input.
• Reduce the terminal width until its less than the width of the longest string displayed.
• Increase the terminal width back.

Observed behavior

Display text is duplicated multiple times on terminal window resize.

Desired behavior

Display text should not be duplicated on resize of the terminal window.
