Bug information

I have a local Grafana server that is running on port 3000.
I followed the steps of Run your first app
I didn't get any warning saying that port 3000 was in use.
Is this expected?

Steps to reproduce (required)

  1. Have another service use port 3000
  2. Follow the steps here: https://edge.docs.radapp.dev/getting-started/first-app/
  3. You will not get a warning saying that the port is already in use
  4. When you go to that port, you will see the other service

Observed behavior (required)

Not being able to see the app when the port is in use.

Desired behavior (required)

Maybe a warning saying that the port is in use.

Workaround (optional)

I stopped the service that was using that port and reran the app.
