Describe the bug

The link for instructions to contribute to the docs is broken.

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://github.com/radius-project/docs/blob/v0.25/CONTRIBUTING.md and click on the link for contributing.

Expected behavior

There would be beautiful documentation on how to contribute to the docs. :)
