Missing artwork

The manifest does not have a PNG icons of at least 192px and 512px. Those would be used as button when you save this to your homescreen and as splash screen when opening the page respectively.

There is also the case of the missing favicon or rather multiple favicons for individual services like the wiki, the archives, our webdavcgi "file cloud" solution, etc. I guess something based on the favicon from rabe.ch with some added color could be a start, although the rabe-artwork repo might be a better fit for this.

Also the background image is currently huge and badly cacheable. Maybe it could be replaced with something else that is svg based and possibly even animated.
