When a new/same file is mapped, run refresh content automatically.

Currently, the Disassembly view stays stale (confuses new users) --until they go to view->refresh contents.

how are you mapping new/same file? can you provide the steps to reproduce? refeshing the contents is just 1 line of code. so maybe you can try to submit a patch

will do that. just has to be after my finals. so about 3 weeks from now?
