Really interesting and useful project!

I proposed a new simple sous vide steak recipe, but couldn't actually tell if you want submissions or not, or what the guidelines are. Feel free to reject, it's totally unsolicitied I know.

Would highly encourage the readme to provide more details on what you might be looking for in terms of submissions, if you're accepting any.

If you start taking submissions you may need some sort of hierarchy to organize them all, like folders or tags.
