Front page ranking change shows all as "(new)" after an hour is skipped

Rank change seems to currently look at the previous hour's snapshot even if one doesn't exist (e.g. due to reddit being down), so all front page posts appear as "new" in the Discord report even if they've been on the front page for multiple previous snapshots. Should probably go back to the previous available snapshot for comparison.
