NVidia has removed the CUDA 10.x packages, so:

Make everything use uptodate CUDA (if possible)
- Using CUDA 12.1 now, 12.2 has no base images with CUDNN
- CUDA 12.2 vs CUDNN?
- Test CUDA related stuff
Update to Ubuntu 22.04 while we are at it...
What's wrong with ocrd_olena? #77
Update test scripts
- Integrate in build?
