ocrd_calamari v1.0.4 is released now and can be updated. This need some review of the included my_ocrd_workflow scripts, as the checkpoint parameter was replaced with checkpoint_dir.

Another update, with qurator-spk/sbb_textline_detection#60 fixed.

Still broken, I'll test the update first.
