Regardless of a possible future version pinning:

On build,

  • Retrieve installed TensorFlow version
  • Retrieve installed CUDA Toolkit version
  • Run a script that checks compatibility (generated by test-nvidia, we can't just is_gpu_available() as we don't always build on a GPU enabled system)
