on only one table, 17 perhaps, the 000140 judging number scan had 4 sheets where 2 did not have qr codes as replacement for lost entry, yet somehow ended up merged into 000140.pdf

2 or 3 scans had the wrong number, assuming it misread the qr which has high level error correction so confused, need review.
