Job getting to blocked state and not resuming

We are using Quartz 2.3.2 version , we have multiple job scheduled to run in production system, we are on SAP BTP Neo platform.

Recently we observed issue where one job in particular gets blocked and doesn't resume on its own. To fix the state we need to restart the processes on java platform . We read the documentation and see this issue was resolved with 2.3.2 version so we aren't sure why it's happening.
There is absolutely nothing on logs, no error, exceptions. Stanegely it happens only with one job.

One thing we observed is that when we scheduled the job to run every 25 minutes instead or earlier 15 minutes gap, we didn't see the issue .
