Squigglet: Squiggle inside of Streamlit

From today's Squiggle Hackathon! Some TODOs:

• Package as a Pypi package
• Install in Streamlit Snippet so people can use it in a playground
• Create an interactive app for a cool use case
• Publish to EA Forum!

Regarding the TODOs

• I'm plausibly very interested in supporting and promoting this UX. It's not obvious to me just yet whether it outperforms observable or files for drafting reports, or .mdx files for publishing reports, but I'm optimistic it could be.
• it's plausible to me that st.squiggle or squiggle-streamlit are better names
• It's very plausible to me that a streamlit template based on this component would be better than the current observable tutorial.
• Also optimistic about share.streamlit.io MVPing our hub, via this!

I kinda doubt it works this way, but it'd be convenient if the pypi package could semantically version it's underlying @quri/squiggle-components so we wouldn't have to republish it as much.
