Syntax for fromCredibleInterval #1668

Slava has created some more general fromCredibleInterval functions in this pull request: #1630.

It might be good to expose these to the user.

One good syntax might be:

normal({lower_ci: -1, upper_ci: 10, ci_length: 0.9})
lognormal({lower_ci: 1, upper_ci: 10, ci_length: 0.8})
beta({lower_ci: 0.1, upper_ci: 0.3, ci_length: 0.95})
