latest version tagging for go mod #22

Please update latest version tag for go mod.

last v1.1 tag is not support go mod...

And... mismatched excelize version

code's excelize version is v2 over..

exchange/backends/excel/reader.go

Line 37 in 8e12e25

rows.records, err = reader.GetRows(sheetName)

but go.mod's version is v1.4.1
