Can not modify Domain in Filegeodatabase

What is the bug or the crash?

I can not edit the domain which i created new one. how to modify or Delete it.

see the below screen capture is the only we can create a new domain but we can not modify it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Please allow to modify the domain.
