看到 #108 中以及排期 mp4 存储功能
建议实现时同步增加以下功能：

增加 HTTP[S]/WebSocket[s]-fMP4 功能
循环读取本机多个 mp4 文件，进行 HLS，HTTP[S]/WebSocket[s]-fMP4/TS 直播输出
对本机指定目录的 mp4 文件，进行 HLS，HTTP[S]/WebSocket[s]-fMP4/TS 点播输出，支持seek

以上只是工作中遇到的实际需求，已有项目中用多个开源程序组合实现，如果 lal 能实现，应该可以节省很多项目的成本和时间。
