Update website with Venue

Since we would be using the same venue from last year, we can reuse the exiting content. Tutorial day would hold in a different hub. Add suggested hotels on venue page

I would deploy the site now so if there is anything to be added please let me know. You should be able to add it on the site by just pasting it.

@gbozee just created the page. https://www.pycon.ng/venue/ There's still something not quite right with the borders and alignment. The photos are overlapping. The headings where we have other pages are basically not showing. The colour scheme i believe is responsible. could you help

there is no need for a venue page. this content needs to be on the home page.
