IDAKLU Solver is not bundled with PyBaMM's conda-forge distribution (conda-forge/pybamm-feedstock#65), but the installation instructions don't mention this - https://docs.pybamm.org/en/stable/source/user_guide/installation/gnu-linux-mac.html#optional-iree-mlir-support.
