@pulumi/pulumi-pulumiservice is outdated compared to current GitHub release

What happened?

Looking at https://www.npmjs.com/package/@pulumi/pulumiservice, the latest version of this provider is 0.11.0. However, the latest version available on GitHub is 0.12.0.

Furthermore, the official documentation shows the same issue where 0.11.0 is the latest doc.

Expected Behavior

• npmjs.com shoud have received the latest 0.12.0
• the official documentation page should display the docs for 0.12.0
