Hi,

Would it be possible to have import and export of test cases in HPQC compatible exel format,
like: http://www.shooter-smith.co.uk/cms/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/CropperCapture1add-ins-tab.png
so the steps in separate column?

Test manager in our project suggested such a functionality.
I could try to implement it if somebody could point me to relevant place in source code?

I would be very interested in Importing QC/ALM database into Tarantula. Otherwise, there is no point for me touse Tarantula, as we have about 6k tests in QC/ALM.

Is there any progress in this direction?

I did have a look at testcasedb.

Its a nightmare to install, thats for sure.

Unfortunately it offers just a different type of TC managment, i want to use Tarantula, not testcaseDB.

The only way to export TCs from QC is by case by case bases.

I have more than 1500 TC in QC. Plus lots of more data.

Ideally i would like to export QC database and import it to Tarantula, or any other, simpler test case managment software like Test Link of Tarantula.

TestCaseDB doesnt seem to solve any of my problems.
