backup zip's SQL file is empty #55

When I use the Admin -> Backup functionality to create a backup of a project with 5 active executions, about 100 test cases, and 5 test objects, I just get an empty SQL file in the resulting zip. The production.log doesn't show any errors, but I haven't debugged its SQL queries to see what might be going wrong.

I could not reproduce this on my own system, but I included spec e26c90f for testing backup behaviour.
