Add Missing funds banner to Omen Membership Modal

Similar to issue: #2170 , we need to explain the user why he/she is not able to claim their OMN tokens. With it we should add the banner to the Omen Membership Modal:

Describe how you have considered doing it

• Add Dai banner with deposit description for users who have not funded their Omen Account yet

Describe how do you expect to test the task resolution

• Banner should be visible for users who have not funded their Omen Account with Dai
• Claim button should be disabled if user has not funded their Omen Account with Dai
• Banner should not be visible if the user has Dai in their Omen Account
