As a user, I'd love to be able to deprecate an entity directly from the context menu that opens when right-clicking on an entity. Currently one has to use the main menu via Edit/Deprecate Entity ..., which is a bit of a hassle in terms of UX.

This behavior might also be good for the Merge Entity ... option.
