From the mailing list:

I have a problem with OWLViz as it does not work correctly, seemingly when I try to use it manually (incoherent graphs). It seems to be linked with the introduction of a few instances in some classes. Just now I cannot close the file with this reccurrent message appearing with its ! symbol on the upright corner of the screen (clearing the logfile does not work).

The original poster figured out what was the problem. See his message on the mailing list:

Hello,
I must apologize for this message about OWLViz "problems" as the ERROR
mentionned when trying to use OWLViz was due, in fact, to an error in
spelling in French the class label 'Entité du domaine de l'eau'
(incorrect spelling) instead of 'Entité du domaine de l´eau' (correct
spelling)

Jean-Louis Janin

The question however remains, whether OWLViz should not be a little bit more robust to deal with labels that contain apostrophes (')?
