I've used this plugin in the past and it worked great. Since then and now there have been several CiviCRM upgrades including the Smarty v5 one. Last night at an event, we kept getting "Sorry, an error occurred." I actually got it to work once, for my own code, which led me to believe this was a permissions issue.. but the extra permission this plugin gives was allowed, and even as admin it didn't work.

Got me thinking, maybe this is a Smarty v5 thing? Could not find any errors logged in any server log (self hosted, full access to OS), but the iPhone (in this case) browser debugging is a little limited.

I ran a civix upgrade in the extension directory and that seems to have resolved my issues, so maybe push an updated version with that civix upgrade to others?
