feat(UI): Link to scikit-learn estimator documentation in CrossValidationReporter does not look like it is a link

CrossValidationReporter offers a handy link to the estimator's scikit-learn documentation.

However it looks like a button, and does not indicate the intent, that is, when the user clicks the estimator name, it will go out of skore, maybe in another window.

It is expected to find a design that conveys this intent in a visual way.
