problem when installing plugin

Hello there,
I am trying to install idp-plugin-privacyIDEA-1.0.0 but it doesn't work. When I use:
plugin -i C:\Downloads\New\idp-plugin-privacyIDEA-1.0.0.zip --nocheck
I get the following:

Hello @lukasmatusiewicz I have the same problem eve when I don't use --NoCheck. Here are my logs

I have shibboleth idp v5.1.3 running instance and an openldap directory on the same server. I just installed PrivacyIdea 3.8.1 and I can i access the administration Web interface to create realms users tokens etc. Now i want to install and configure the org.privacyidea.privacyIDEA shibboleth plugin so that my ldap users can use MFA. I encounter this error when i do /usr/share/shibboleth-idp/bin/plugin.sh -i /usr/share/shibboleth-idp/plugins/idp-plugin-privacyIDEA-1.1.0.tar.gz --verbose

I just copied the tar archive+the key(.asc file) as you can see in the logs, i enabled the mfa module in shibboleth and I launched the plugin installation before i got this error. I think shibboleth is unable to find my privacyidea server installation
