Converting clinical files

Likely will want to break handling of clinical files into multiple steps. First, convert each recording to an EDF file. Then, align with the research recordings using some shared channel; this can be done separately for each run to account for drift. Finally, write a separate EDF file for each task run. May want to also alter the event times to allow for extra time at the start of each run's ieeg files.
