A couple of possible improvements to usability:

I think Trudy should have its only vagrant machine. MITM-VM is nice but its probably a pain people to wrangle multiple projects to accomplish one task.
Automatically generate route scripts for vagrant?
Scripts that automate common proxy configurations (e.g. Internet Sharing on OSX, pf rules for OS X, iptables rules for the host).
