rsync installed via cygwin but anki reports rsync not found

I have tested rsync in a normal command prompt and everything works fine, but when I go to export cards within anki via this plugin it returns an error code 1 and reports that rsync is neither an internal nor an external command. I set the anki-data path to /cygdrive/d/anki-slideshow-master/anki-data
