From Oakland liaison: There should be additional fields listed on RecordTrac for the requesters to narrow down their requests. Please note that the broad requests are difficult to run for ITD staff. For example, the system should prompt the requester to input the following fields when requesting for e-mails. Therefore, a message should be included to require that requests should be as specific and focused as possible both in scope and in timeframe. Requests for "all documents relating to," for example, will cause uncertainty and delay in processing the request.
