In the Admin view, Department field on User should display as text

Right now it displays as an numerical department ID, but this won't mean anything to the average user who is attempting to verify a department assignment. (I realize this likely means doing a join. This isn't a high priority and we may just update this as part of a complete overhaul of the Admin view.)

Yeah, good to capture this as an issue, and was something I was aware of as I added that field in. It might mean removing the column for now (though is kind of nice to have as a reference, as meaningless as it is to the avg. user).
