[Feature Request] Empty space panel applet

I like to have one panel and no dock, and as my work screen is quite wide, I prefer to have non-expanded panel.
However this makes things very crowded

If you could add a resizable empty-space panel applet (from which multiple can be added), that would make it so much nicer.
And maybe to avoid accidental resizing, resizing should be triggered from right-click menu

And the gray box with black gear in it is supposed to be Docker Desktop. The icon is picked up nicely everywhere in the system except here.
